The Home
We believe that young men need more than just a building — they need a place to call home. A place where they can truly belong and find a family for life. We may not have been together since birth, but we are all part of an extended family. Our desire is for the young men, and everyone involved with the ministry, to become part of the Hope Inn Christ Family.

Eligibility Requirements
Participants will be selected from young men who have completed an application to join the program. Applicants must demonstrate a willingness to attend:
- Bible study sessions.
- Prayer groups in the home.
- Attending church with the family every Sunday.
- S.P.E.C.S( Bible reading plan)
Initial Adjustment Period
During the first month, participants will not be permitted to work outside the home. This period is dedicated to:
- Becoming grounded in the Bible, while also adjusting to the family dynamic and establishing a routine.
- Committed to prayer.
- Help obtaining a high school diploma, ID, birth certificate, Social Security card, and Medicaid.
- Getting to know one another.
Skills Development
While in residency, participants will receive training in:
- Training in job application and interview techniques.
- Developing essential life skills.
- Teaching them how to budget their finances.
- Learning foundational truths from the Bible.
Financial Responsibilities
Each resident will be required to:
- Encourage them to tithe a portion of their income.
- Encourage saving money each month, which will be deposited into their savings and checking accounts.
- Pay a monthly fee to cover expenses, including room, food, and transportation. This fee will not exceed $75 per week and begins after the young man has secured employment.
