Program Criteria

Eligibility Requirements
Participants will be selected from young men who have completed an application to join the program. Applicants must demonstrate a willingness to attend:
- Bible study sessions
- Prayer groups in the home
- A church of their choice
Initial Adjustment Period
During the first month, participants will not be permitted to work. This period is dedicated to:
- Becoming grounded in the Bible
- Committing to prayer
- Participating fully in the aftercare home environment
Skills Development
While in residency, participants will receive training in:
- Job application and interview techniques
- Developing new life skills
- Budgeting their finances
- Learning foundational Bible truths
Financial Responsibilities
Each resident will be required to:
- Tithe a portion of their income.
- Save money each month.
- Pay a monthly service fee to cover expenses, including room, food, and transportation. This fee will not exceed $125 per week.
